HLong Holdings was established to acquire and support quality UK SMEs whose owners care deeply about their legacy. We are not looking to impose a standard formula. We want to understand what makes each business distinctive and build from there.

That means taking a measured view, treating people fairly and making sensible improvements without losing sight of the culture and relationships that created the success in the first place.

Founder, HLong Holdings

Harry has spent the past ten years in commercial and sales leadership, working with established UK businesses and their leadership teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and support sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Business Management from Queen's University Belfast.

His career has been built on long term relationships, commercial judgement and delivering through people. It has also given him a close view of the responsibility that comes with leading a business: protecting its culture, supporting its team and making sound decisions for the future. These are the principles behind HLong Holdings and its approach to ownership.
